About Jane Pope
“No one person has to cope on their own”Whilst successfully providing the necessary Professional qualifications and experience. You will find that I am Registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) as well as the Hypnotherapist Register and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Qualifying in 2006, I have over the last few years built up a successful practice helping individuals overcome a variety of problems, which our day to day living throws at us all from time to time. Whilst dealing with these, I offer complete confidentiality, a good empathic ear to listen and a unique insight into ones situation/problem.

My training, work experience and any achievement
Successfully qualifying as a Professional Integrated Hypnotherapist in 2006, I now work from the privacy of my Garden Studio, in Hailsham, East Sussex, cover Hailsham and all the surrounding areas. I offer visits to those clients who are unable to access my facilities, privately in their homes.Not only do I have a wide range of life experience’s (previously being employed by a Regional Police Force. During my mid 20’s I was lucky to travel extensively). Saying I studied from the University of life, I use not only paper qualifications, but true life experiences, in helping my clients. The initial additional qualifications I use in helping my clients are EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Firmly believing that every person is a completely unique individual, and therefore, no one person thinks in the same way, I give my time freely by always offering an Initial consultation, which is totally free of charge.
Every session is tailored to each person’s personal requirements, giving them the extra tools they require to really enjoy their life.
